Early in my career, I realized a fundamental truth: most organizations don't have a talent problem; they have an alignment problem.
Over the last decade, I’ve sat across the table from business owners and non-profit leaders who built something extraordinary out of sheer grit, only to feel trapped by the very organization they created. The story is almost always the same: revenues are growing, but internal friction is draining everyone's energy. Instead of driving the next major strategic move, the founder is stuck in the weeds—refereeing subjective personality clashes and relying on sheer willpower to keep the organization moving forward.
I founded Solutions By Maya because I believe visionaries shouldn't have to play "Operator."
Where others see disjointed leadership, I see the underlying human and process patterns holding a business back. As a strategic execution partner, my goal is to help leaders step out of the daily chaos and build the operational architecture required to scale cleanly and predictably.
