I’m Maya J. Irizarry, and I help leaders make their businesses work the way they’re supposed to.
Early in my career, I saw how often talented people burned out, good ideas stalled, and teams pulled in different directions. It wasn’t because leaders didn’t care or people weren’t trying, it was because there wasn’t enough transparency or predictability in how the business ran. That realization is what shaped the work I do today.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked in leadership, sales, consulting, and operations; often stepping in when things got messy with miscommunication, unclear roles, stalled sales, or culture challenges. What I’ve seen time and again is this: when leaders build transparency and predictable systems, teams perform better, stress goes down, and businesses scale without losing momentum.
I founded Solutions By Maya to help small and mid-sized businesses get out of reaction mode and build the structures they need for long-term growth. My role is hands-on: aligning people and processes, building systems leaders can rely on, and creating workplaces where people want to stay and contribute.
Whether I’m guiding strategic planning, facilitating executive coaching, or leading team alignment workshops, my focus is always on impact by reducing friction, strengthening teams, and making business more predictable.
